Returns + Exchanges



Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

All sale items are exchange only.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.
Specify the exchange item and the new color / size / style on the return/exchange mail to Include the request in your return package. Simply ship it back to us and we’ll send your new item.

If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake made by or because of quality issues, we will reimburse you with store credit for the shipping costs.
Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
